He has over 29 years of industry experience in the Design, Development and Productionising of VLSI and Embedded Systems. He has successfully led many chip and embedded systems development programs in his career. He has been responsible for successfully setting up and running Engineering Business Units at HCL Technologies, Motorola Noida Design Centre (earlier Freescale, now NXP), Duet Technologies, SiRF and NexStor. He initially worked at a start-up, Infocom Digital Systems (P) Ltd. He has wide international exposure spanning U.S.A., Europe, Australia and Asia-Pacific.
He has been the designer of first full chip, a SCSI Controller for an Indian Company, World’s first 3G SoC for Motorola, World’s first triple play SoC at Silicon Valley and India’s first High Performance Reconfigurable Compute Machine.
He received M.S. in Electrical Engg. from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Rolla, USA and B.E. in Electronics Engg. from Thapar Insititute of Engg. and Technology, Patiala, India.

Mr. Bhayani is the Founder and CEO of iRevo Multimedia, Inc. and Chairman of iRevo Multimedia India Pvt. Ltd. The Company was founded with a mission to bring a new class of applications and an application delivery platform for multiple devices running different operating systems on all four screens; HDTVs, tablets, smartphones and PCs; targeting Cable MSOs, Mobile Operators; PC/CE OEMs and Content Owners as customers and partners.
Prior to founding iRevo, Mr. Bhayani was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at INC3 Ventures, LLC. At the firm, his responsibilities included investing in and guiding young companies in the areas of Internet and semiconductors. He has invested in over 40 start-ups with exit value exceeding approaching $1 Billion. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Bhayani served at C-Cube as the Vice President of Systems Engineering and later as the Vice President of New Market Development for Asia Pacific. During his tenure at C-Cube, he over saw the development and delivery of Complete Solution for VCD and DVD players that resulted in the Company shipping tens of millions of VCD/DVD chips in the China, Korea and Japan markets. In 1991, Mr. Bhayani founded Media Computer Technologies (MCT); a semiconductor company which lead the industry in the area of Video Scaler Chips and Software. MCT was acquired by C-Cube in 1995.
From 1982 to 1991, Mr. Bhayani held various engineering and technical management positions with Grinnell Systems, Vicom Systems, Altos Computers, Video Seven and Chips and Technologies.
He received an M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from the SUNY, College at Buffalo.
